About the Facilitator
Mike Jeans is formerly a director of AMICA Mutual Insurance Company where he serves on the compensation, nominating/governance, and investment committees and is the past chair of both the compensation and audit committees. He is the former Chair of the Board of Directors of Maine Media College + Workshops in Rockport, ME and former President of the Board of Habitat for Humanity (North Central MA). Mike previously served as President and then Chairman Emeritus of New Directions, Inc. where he founded and led New Directions’ Board Directorship Program that focused on helping senior executives join corporate boards. Mike has been honored as recipient of the Distinguished Director of the Year Award from the American College of Corporate Directors.
