Anish Batlaw and Ram Charan

Anish Batlaw is an Operating Partner at General Atlantic, the global growth equity firm. Over his 30-year career, he has also held roles at PepsiCo, Microsoft, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and TPG Capital. He has served on the boards of Avon, Alinta Holdings, HCP Global Holdings, and TPG Wholesale Private Limited. In 2021, Anish was named one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business, an award given by the Asian American Business Development Center, the most prestigious forum highlighting the achievements of Asian American business professionals. Ram Charan is a CEO advisor and the author or coauthor of more than 30 books that have sold over four million copies and include Execution, which spent 150 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. Charan earned MBA and doctorate degrees from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction and taught as a faculty member. A noted expert and award-winning teacher of business strategy, execution, and leadership, he works with the CEOs of some of the world’s most successful companies, including Toyota, Bank of America, Humana, and two of the four largest digital companies in China.
