Director Peer Exchange

Navigating Compensation, Performance & Shareholder Expectations

Corporate Board Member

Compensation Committees are navigating an increasingly complex landscape. Investor expectations continue to evolve, economic and policy uncertainty are complicating performance assessments, and boards are being asked to oversee a broader range of talent, workforce, and governance issues that can ultimately influence executive pay outcomes.

Following the 2026 proxy season, public company boards are taking stock of what investors supported, where scrutiny intensified, and what that means for compensation oversight going forward.

This Director Peer Exchange will bring together an exclusive group of public company directors for an off-the-record discussion on how boards are approaching executive compensation oversight and related governance considerations in a more complex operating environment.

Participants will hear how institutional investors are evaluating executive pay decisions, board judgment, and governance oversight amid economic uncertainty, policy shifts, and evolving investor expectations.

*The exchange is limited to public company board members and participation is subject to approval.
