Michael Berthelot is a lecturer in the MBA program at the Rady School of Management, where he teaches “The Board, the CEO, and Corporate Governance.” Berthelot has served as CEO of two publicly-traded companies and on more than thirty boards over the course of his career. He currently serves on the board of an NYSE-listed consumer products company. Natasha Lasensky and Paul Somers are MBA Candidates at the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego. Lasensky is a Project Manager, Software and Web Development at PINT Inc. Somers is Head of Programs for GKN Aerospace EPW, responsible for program performance, P&L, customer satisfaction and the commercial function.
