Corporate Board Member’s 7th annual Board Leadership Awards recognize outstanding individuals and boards who go beyond the basic requirements of governance, regulation, and compliance, aiming for and obtaining excellence and serving as models for other companies and individuals to emulate. The awards underscore the role that corporate governance and effective board leadership plays in driving a company’s success and a board’s contribution to long-term value.

Finalists are invited to attend Corporate Board Member’s 21th annual Boardroom Summit, at which the awards recognition celebration will be hosted on September 18-19, 2025 in Washington, D.C.

All entries must be received by March 31, 2025 to be eligible for consideration.
