Covid Impact On Executive Compensation

It's not as clear-cut as recent headlines would suggest. A look at how executive comp strategy has changed, and may still change in the year ahead.

Recent headlines have highlighted companies disclosing big changes in their annual and long term incentive plans. But how prevalent is that really?

The latest survey from Meridian Compensation Partners found that only about 25% of companies actually made changes, and those were in industries significantly negatively impacted by the pandemic.
